Fabric Products (Apparel & Home Line)

  • Eligibility for Return / Refund:

    • Returns are accepted only if the fabric is damaged during transit.

      How to Initiate a Return (if damaged):

      1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

      2. Please attach photos showing the shipping damage and include your order number.

      3. Our team will review and guide you through the return or exchange process.

       

  • Note: We typically pre-wash fabric items. However, if we haven't pre-washed a particular item yet, we include care and washing instructions with your purchase.

Incense (Asvi Incense)

  • Return Policy:

    • All sales of incense are final. We do not allow returns under any circumstances unless broken during transit 

Refund Processing

  • Damaged Fabric Returns:

    • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement.

  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days from receipt of the returned item.
